my apologies o the guest.
Car does have minor mechanical issue but drivers good. The car could be a little more clean, specially the trunk was a mess. Overall, good.

Car was not very clean, and we had a mechanical issue during the trip. The host was initially helpful, but once it became a safety concern and we returned the car early, the support changed. Turo customer support initially told me the host disagreed with refunding the remaining days of our 14-day trip. After multiple emails and phone calls with Turo, I was eventually offered a refund.
My advice is to keep all communication within the Turo app. Overall, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled by both the host and Turo.

sorry about your experience Nidhin but please be honest with you review, you had th3 car for 4 days out of 3 weeks you rented , and put on 2000km then you tried come up with other reasons to get a refund which actually Turo rejected. but still I don't want to come across as rude and wish you well .
