This car is not a 2020. I own a 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan, and this car is clearly much older, so I actually looked at the sticker on the door and it was manufactured in 2014, but someone tried to cross that out. A year 2014 or 2015 vehicle, advertised and priced as a 2020 is not honest. That being said, the interior is very clean and this owner very easy to deal with, and the engine ran well for the high mileage of the car. But the exterior has many dings, dents and scratches, windshield rock chips, and obviously was lacking the safety and higher end automatic features that would be on a 2020. I hope the owner will correct this error.

Directions and instructions very easy to follow and exactly as stated. Very easy process and a great price. First time using Turo but would definitely recommend

Easy pick up and drop off. Car was clean on pick up. The host was very easy to contact. The car was petty beat up and had some wear on the tires. There was also a check engine light that came on but otherwise the car worked well.

Pickup and host were great. The van itself is tired and dated. AC could not be felt by passengers in the back. The car runs fine and if all you need is a vehicle to get you from A to B, then this will do the job.

This car is not a 2020.
