Overall, the vehicle was acceptable and the rental price was reasonable. Considering the price, the car was usable for the trip and there were no major driving issues. However, the car did feel underpowered when accelerating uphill.
That said, there were several safety and security concerns during the rental. The front passenger door could not be opened from the inside. It had to be opened from the outside, or the passenger had to lower the window and reach outside to use the exterior door handle in order to open the door. This was inconvenient and could also be a safety concern in an emergency.
In addition, the front passenger door did not appear to lock properly when using the key fob. When pressing the lock button, the rear doors and trunk seemed to lock as expected, but the front passenger door did not seem to fully lock. This raised a concern about the security of the vehicle.
Another issue was that the airbag warning light came on unexpectedly several times during the trip. It would sometimes turn off by itself and then come back on again. This was concerning because it may indicate a potential issue with the airbag system.
I also felt that the support was insufficient. After I reported the issue, I was only asked to provide my phone number for further contact. Due to privacy concerns, I chose not to provide my phone number. After that, there was no further follow-up from the host regarding the reported problems. Instead, I only received an automatic message asking me to leave a 5-star review.
Overall, the car was affordable and usable, but the front passenger door, locking issue, and airbag warning light should be inspected and addressed. These issues may affect both safety and security, and I believe they should be taken seriously before the vehicle is rented out again.

We had a wonderful trip with this car, and my parents absolutely loved it. The car was spacious, comfortable, and Apple CarPlay was very easy to connect, which made our journey even more enjoyable.
A special thanks to Sadiq for being so attentive and responsive throughout the trip. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, he replied promptly and was always willing to help. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend both the car and Sadiq to others.
