Totally disagree... I accommodate the guest with a short notice booking, provided the vehicle at their location anyways.. thats the lesson never help or accommodate anyone. Kudooosss to the Guest !!!!!

Communication could be improved. The first time we used this vehicle, everything went smoothly. However, during this second rental (winter season) several essential items were missing or needed replacement such as the snow scraper and wiper which I had to cover.
In addition, after only a few days, the vehicle became unusable due to a motor warning and a battery issue, and we were unable to continue the rental.

I honored this trip despite the initial delay so your rental could proceed. At the time of pickup, the vehicle was operating normally with no issues.
The battery concern was reported near the end of the trip. According to the timeline, the issue was reported in the morning, yet the vehicle continued to be used throughout the day and was returned around 11:30 PM. This shows the vehicle remained operational
