Temur was there waiting for us with the vehicle as promised in the airport parking garage. His designate was there waiting for us when we dropped it off. Everything went well with the vehicle and we had no issues. Temur was always very responsive in regards to any of my questions I had for him. One thing I would suggest is getting rubber floor mats for front and back seats. We were going to a lot of gravel and messy parking lots while seeing the sites around Vancouver. I was trying to get cleaned out with a dustpan and brush from our airbnb Having mats would keep it cleaner and easier for renter to return cleaner. Thanks Temur

It’s a good car for a family of 5 with lots of luggage or more with less luggage only thing is the ac buzz a little but u tune it out after a while
