The host and pick up location at the start of the trip were fine. However, starting on day 1, the car had numerous issues and safety concerns, which we communicated with the host and Turo. Turo helped us terminate the trip early due to the safety concerns — the final straw was the engine light being on and the host advising us to keep driving it while Turo advised the opposite.

Thank you for sharing your experience. The car mechanic maintains well and runs smoothly, honestly the car body painting is fair. Unfortunately that the guest had very high expectations. It’s hard to communicate with this guest. He is irresponsible to abandon the car 5-6 days after the trip with short notification. It’s the second guest that I left a poor review of my 500+ trip.
Owen was very easy to work with! Communication was awesome and he facilitated my needs perfectly. Vehicle was in great working condition as well!
