FAM was great, met us at the airport and dropped off, met us at the airport to pick up. Great service, first time using Turo and FAM was fantastic!!!

Fan and her husband are amazing! So friendly and kind. Great communication and the Kia Carnival is in excellent clean condition and Fan even added phone chargers and holders. It was perfect for our family of 5. Fan met us late in the evening at the airport to drop the car off to us. No issues whatsoever. Pickup and drop off was a breeze. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would.
