The vehicle was spotless upon pickup, and Andrew went above and beyond by leaving a thoughtful note and a small gift for my son, something he absolutely didn’t have to do. That gesture spoke volumes about his character and genuine care for his renters. Pickup was seamless. The car was located in covered airport parking, positioned at the end of the row, making it extremely easy to find. From start to finish, everything was well thought out and convenient. The Corvette itself was an absolute joy to drive, and more importantly, it created a memorable experience for my son, exactly what I was hoping for on such a special occasion. Andrew was highly attentive and responsive throughout the rental. He answered all of my questions promptly and even checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly, which I appreciated. I would not hesitate to rent from Andrew again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top tier Turo experience.

The host did send a video ahead of time, which was a thoughtful gesture — but it was a generic Tesla overview that covered specs, body design, and internals rather than the practical, day-one stuff a renter actually needs. A custom 5–10 minute video focused specifically on setting up your driver profile, dialing in comfort preferences, and getting moving quickly would be infinitely more useful. Something tailored to this car and this rental experience, not a broad Tesla introduction you'd find on YouTube. A simple FAQ or a few annotated screenshots covering things like Supercharger use (and a note that charging costs are handled through Turo so there's no surprise billing) would dramatically reduce friction for first-time or infrequent Tesla renters. The pickup location itself was fine, but the same white-glove principle applies here too. A small but impactful detail: simply letting renters know to look for the red van marked "Pre-Flight," including the parking garage phone number, and providing clear step-by-step instructions to call ahead and let them know you're ready for pickup would eliminate all guesswork. I ended up spending unplanned time researching a process that the host could have explained in two sentences. Removing those friction points — the confusion, the research, the uncertainty — is exactly what separates a good rental from a memorable one. The car is genuinely great and the host clearly takes care of it. These suggestions come from a place of wanting to see this listing reach its full potential — because the foundation is already solid.

La voiture était très propre lors du check in ce qui était fort appréciable et le son du V8 italien très agréable mais c’est vrai que personnellement 2 petites choses viennent entacher le tableau, l’airtag qui nous a suivi tout le week-end sans nous en avoir prévenu et à la fin du séjour la découverte du levier de rabattage du siège passager cassé ce qui semble surprenant car nous ne nous sommes pas servis étant donné que nous n’étions que 2 et que les bagages étaient dans le coffre, je pense plus que ça s’explique car la voiture a 10 ans et que le plastique du levier a cassé lorsque l’hôte l’a manipulé au retour du véhicule étant donné que c’est une maladie du modèle.. Je laisse 5 étoiles pour la voiture et car malgré que j’ai payé la poignée que je ne pense sincèrement pas avoir pu casser l’hôte m’a laissé l’acheter de par moi même pour éviter la surprime maserati ce qui est déjà pas mal.. En outre c’est un coupé très GT et non sportif à apprécier à sa juste valeur, décapoté sur des départementales ce qui est très agréable 👍🏼

If I could give more stars I would! This has been the best car rental experience ever! Host went above and beyond to inform me on every detail of where the vet was located, how to unlock it. Even took the time to send me a video on how to take the top off to enjoy the gorgeous weather. I did not feel comfortable parking the car in the garage at the airport. Host went out of his way to personally meet me at departures which was super easy to find and not crowded. Ricardo is absolutely amazing went above and beyond in every aspect of this rental. And the corvette itself did not disappoint at all! Impeccably clean, not a single scratch and smelt amazing! Can not recommend renting from Ricardo enough! Amazing host and spectacular car. Thank you so much for a fun girls birthday trip! You truly made the experience memorable and easy! Thank you!

Overall, everything was good with the host and the car — great communication and willingness to help. The only thing was that the brakes squealed a bit when shifting into reverse, and we also paid an $11 parking fee at the location where the car was delivered. It wasn’t a major issue, but we didn’t realize that cost would be on our end. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we would definitely rent with Marlon again.

Perfect car, exactly what my wife and I needed for our weekend trip to SoCal, compact for easy parking, good gas mileage, clean and easy to drive. Would definitely rent this again in the future.

Easy pick-up in airport parking garage. Tommy was responsive and helpful throughout the trip, and the car is great to drive with many practical features (auto-pilot on highway, AC hold-temp setting when parked, surround cameras, and more). The truck was ideal for a family to travel. The bed held and protected a lot of luggage, and the driving experience was great!
