OMG! You won’t believe my first Turo experience, because to me it was more than just a car rental! I visited Los Angeles for a business trip this past week, and I wanted to rent something sporty to make the experience a little more exciting. I decided on the Cruze’s 2020 Toyota Supra, and let me tell you…. it was an absolute dream! From the moment I picked it up, I was blown away. The car looked stunning, sounded incredible, and handled beautifully to me. Like any ones used car you expect some imperfections, but none of that was significant enough for me to mention, you know the typical Turo things you see that didn’t bother me because this was my first time driving a supra and I was pretty excited. But anyway, here’s how things took a wild turn doing my rental… As I was driving through downtown LA, turning heads everywhere, I pulled into a parking garage for my meeting. Out of nowhere, a film crew approached me and said, “Hey, your car looks amazing! Would you mind if we included it in our commercial?” At first, I thought, This is LA 😑😑😑🙄 this has to be a scam, but something told me to go with it. Next thing I know, I’m on a rooftop with the beautiful backdrop of downtown, LA watching a professional film crew shoot a real commercial with the very car I had rented on Turo! It was surreal. My business partners and I sat back for the entire day and watched as they carefully filmed, making sure to respect the car’s details and avoiding anything personal like for instance, the license plate. It was a minor background role, but still…. 😀 what an experience! And the craziest part? The guy from the production even paid me more than I pay for the Turo rental completely insane. Anyway, I would highly recommend renting from the Cruze’s. Beyond this once-in-a-lifetime moment, the Cruze’s made the rental experience seamless. They were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to pick up the car early in the morning, and no matter what time I had a question, whether late at night or early in the morning, they were responsive and attentive. Even though I am a Turo host, This was my very first Turo rental, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. I genuinely appreciate the Cruze’s for trusting me with their beautiful Supra, and because of this experience, I’m now seriously considering buying one for myself. If you’re thinking about renting from them, do it. You won’t regret it!…. And if you don’t believe me, just read the other great reviews they received 👍👍👍.

I had a great experience renting this 2011 Ford Mustang convertible and would absolutely recommend Fabian as a Turo host. Communication was clear, and his instructions for pickup and drop off were easy to follow, making the process smooth from start to finish. The car itself was a blast to drive and made for a fun experience. A couple of minor drawbacks: While the listing stated the vehicle had Apple CarPlay, it did not, so I ended up purchasing a phone mount to keep my navigation visible. Additionally, the wiper blades were quite worn and not very effective, which made visibility an issue when the vehicle was initially picked up. Fortunately, the weather in Florida was mostly dry, so this wasn’t a major problem, but in heavier rain, it could have been. Another personal inconvenience was the rear speakers - they were in poor condition, making music sound distorted, which was disappointing since I prioritize good audio while driving. The rear passenger window also had a minor issue where it wouldn’t fully close after closing the convertible top, requiring manual adjustment. Lastly, while I overlooked it in the listing, I didn’t realize I’d have to pay the parking garage fee upon pickup, so that’s something to keep in mind. Overall, this rental was a great experience, and I truly enjoyed driving the Mustang. The convertible top made for an amazing ride in the Florida weather, and the car handled well on the road. It added a fun, sporty element to my trip, and despite a few minor inconveniences, I’d absolutely rent from Fabian again. His communication and organization made the process seamless, and I appreciate how easy everything was from start to finish. A solid five star experience!

The pickup location was perfect. As soon as we stepped out of the airport our rental was parked across the street at the parking garage. It was easy to locate thanks to the precise location given. It drove well, and it was clean. We would rent from Artem again during our next visit to Denver.

The car quality was fantastic. Inside and outside were freshly cleaned. It drove beautifully, of course, just as a Miata should. The pickup location is convenient, just off the main road in a parking garage where there’s plenty of space inside and outside to take check in/out pictures. The host is very kind, communicative, professional and helpful. Did not feel pressured. Excellent experience with this beautiful car!!

Drove my dream car for the weekend and had a blast! From pickup to drop-off, the process was seamless and the customer service was the best! I didn’t know how a mustang worked, but the owner was super informative and showed me how the buttons worked. If you want to drive well maintained and clean cars, this is the place to go! I’ll definitely come again :)

Car was perfect. No issues at all. Car was clean and ready to roll in the parking garage. My partner forgot her ring in the car and Dylan helped us get it back.

The car was great, so was the host. Very available and answering messages quick nothing to complain about on this end. The only downside is the pick up and return from the Turo Parking lot which is 10 min away from the airport, which gets things a bit complicated.
