The car itself was good and everything was fine with the vehicle. However, I felt the host could have been a little more flexible with the pickup and return timing.
I’ve used Turo before, and in many cases hosts provide a little flexibility if the guest is delayed by an hour or two, especially when the car is being left in a designated location for pickup. In this case, I was told that if I arrived later, the reservation could potentially be cancelled, which felt a little strict.
Similarly, when returning the vehicle, I was ready to return it earlier but had to wait until the scheduled return time. I understand that the booking times need to be followed, but a little flexibility on both pickup and return would have made the experience much smoother.
Overall, the car was good, but I think the host could improve the experience by being a bit more flexible with timing.

Poor communication throughout the entire trip. Guest booked a 10 a.m. pickup but arrived around 12 p.m. with no notice or explanation. I repeatedly messaged and called to coordinate pickup and drop-off, but received little to no response. For the return, he contacted me only 5 minutes before dropping off and expected me to immediately accommodate him. He was also disrespectful during the drop-off. I would not rent to this guest again.
It is a pleasure to rent with the lady, she is very kind.
