The van worked very well for our mountain bike trip and comfortably carries five mountain bikes, people, and gear with the third row removed.
It is worth noting that the airport pickup and dropoff took some extensive communication with the host, as the vehicle height exceeds the parking deck height limit. The host was very accommodating and responsive to messages and coordinating pickup and dropoff, and we were able to reach a mutually agreeable arrangement
It is also worth mentioning that the listing refers to a bike rack being available for rent. It was not available for our trip, but it should be assumed to be a strap-mounted rack (not hitch-mount) as this van does not have a tow receiver to accept a hitch rack.
Overall, I would recommend this host and would rent this van again.
