Everything went very well. We picked up the Van right on time and returned it on time as well. If I'm not mistaken, the person who handed us the Van Key is named Krishna, and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. When we returned the car, we called an Uber, but since it was freezing outside while we waited for it to arrive, we asked Krishna if we could wait inside the car for just five minutes. He was very happy and willing to oblige. However, it came as quite a surprise when—even though the car owners weren't even present at the scene—they sent a text message refusing to allow even a few minutes of grace period. Regardless, Krishna himself was wonderful.

Arranging and timing rideshare pickups is up to the guest, and we cannot leave vehicles open after key return. Thank you for your business
