Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that Turo’s policy allows this vehicle to be listed for a maximum of 9 seats, which is exactly the seating capacity that was provided at pickup. The vehicle was delivered as advertised.
We’re also disappointed that this concern was never mentioned or brought to our attention during pickup, when we could have addressed any questions immediately. Instead, it was raised for the first time in this review after the vehicle was returned.
We had an excellent experience with this car rental company. The booking process was simple, the vehicle was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition, and pickup and drop-off were quick and hassle-free. The staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
The car was reliable throughout our trip and made exploring Canada easy and enjoyable. Overall, the service exceeded our expectations, and we would happily rent from them again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free car hire experience!
