Had a great experience renting this 2015 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for a quick family trip to Niagara Falls. The host was super helpful and took the time at pickup to walk me through tips and tricks for operating the van, which made everything easy and stress-free.
He was also very transparent about a dash light related to the high-mounted third brake light (the one at the very top). He pointed out that the regular brake lights were working normally, and explained the warning comes up because that top light was replaced with a reverse camera. Honestly, I really appreciated the heads-up, and I’d rather have the reverse camera anyway.
The van was perfect for transporting our group of 9 comfortably. We rented during a snowstorm and briefly ended up on some unplowed roads, traction was a bit limited even with winter tires, but that’s expected for a big, heavy vehicle in those conditions.
Overall, excellent rental and a genuinely nice, helpful host. Would definitely rent again!

We had a great trip with Daniel's Sprinter. I was unsure what to expect, as it was our first rental on Turo. But everything was perfect and it was clear that he takes great care of his vehicle. At pickup the van was in his garage that acts practically like a showroom. The vehicle immaculate, right down to the tires having been cleaned with ArmorAll. He had also put on winter tires for our trip to Montreal, which turned out to be a blessing as it snowed there over the weekend. The engine purred and it drives very smoothly on the highway with good fuel economy. It had more than enough room for 3 families luggage and our kids hockey bags. Thank you Daniel, we will definitely use you for their next tournament! And I appreciate you being prompt on messaging too

**DO NOT RENT FROM HIM**
He is a kid fresh out of high school who doesn’t know anything about business or his car.
The tire light was on, but he assured me that a mechanic had checked it and found no issues. On the second day of my trip, one of the tires went completely flat while I was literally in the mid of mountains. I spent the whole day getting assistance and fixing it, which caused me to cancel my destination hotel and book a new one in that area, resulting in an additional cost of about $1,000. After the tire was repaired, the tire light has gone off.
The heater does not work when the car is not moving.
Not good for the winter season.
The cheap A/C installed for the rear seat doesn't function properly; it just blows warm air, which makes matters worse. Not good for the summer season.
The host did not take responsibility for the situation and refused to reimburse the expenses incurred due to these issues.
The tires were inspected by a certified mechanic before your trip and showed no issues. You drove over 1,000km across 5 days before the flat occurred, and I still reimbursed you for the repair. The heater works normally when the vehicle is running, which is standard. You had the vehicle off. The rear A/C was tested after your trip and is functioning properly. I also tried arranging a tow truck to assist you during the situation. I also drove the vehicle the day after without any problems.
