Sketchy and unreliable. Worst part of our vacation. Received the van with a baby and grandparents in tow at 10 PM with the van door not even opening and instead of offering some remediation and alternate vehicle or partial refund yelled at us and then left a damage claim that was done prior to our visit. Document everything! Communication done over the phone as to not leave a trace should have been the first red flag. Choose another van. Vijay was hard to understand and yelled at us. Worst part of our vacation. Never left a bad Turo review but this was the worst.

This review omits important facts. The sliding door issue was fully disclosed before the trip, and the guest chose to proceed. After the trip, a discount was demanded and a negative review was threatened when declined. The van was returned unlocked in airport parking, the parking ticket was taken, used diapers were left inside, and damage was found. All vehicle conditions and communications were documented before and after the trip.
