car quality was okay had some dent already. Parking is a little hard because the guest doesn’t pick it up right away, so I had to park and drop it to another location

Thank you for your feedback, Michael. We’re sorry for the miscommunication regarding parking. Unfortunately, there was no suitable parking available for a vehicle of this size. We reasonably expect guests to have adequate parking wherever they plan to park the vehicle for the duration of their trip. This required a last-minute adjustment on our end. We appreciate the feedback and will make this expectation clearer going forward.

Everything was fantastic from pick up to drop off. The van had plenty of space for all our things and we also used the extra luggage rack for bulkier objects. The van was super clean and well kept. AC was strong for front and rear passengers. Our host Jason was also very responsive and answered any questions we had right away. Great vehicle, would definitely rent again for our next trip!

He was very responsive and even arranged pickup at a location that was convenient for me, which I really appreciated. Communication was smooth throughout the trip, and he was supportive and helpful from start to finish. Great car and a great host, highly recommended!
