I had a great experience with this Turo rental! The host was on time for both pickup and drop-off, which made everything so smooth and convenient. He also responded to my messages instantly and was very easy to communicate with. The car was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I really appreciated the excellent service and communication. I would definitely rent from him again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Despite driving more than 1,500 km, the odometer only increased by approximately 400 km. The dashboard also displayed an average fuel consumption of 99 L/100 km, which seemed highly suspicious.
The dashcam was recording audio without our knowledge, and we were not notified of this. We only realized it toward the end of the trip. This means someone may have access to all of our private conversations during the trip, which is extremely uncomfortable and concerning.
A damage was reported one hour after the in-person vehicle turnover and inspection, at a time when I was no longer in possession of the car.

I’m disappointed to see several inaccurate claims in this review. Throughout the trip I remained courteous and professional, as reflected in our message history. The vehicle was returned late, without a clear ETA, and in a very dirty condition. I also have photos showing guests standing on the truck. Claims of odometer manipulation and dashcam audio recording are false. These allegations appeared only after a damage claim was filed. My record and reviews as a host speak for themselves.
