Needs maintenance, needed cleaning. When starting it made noises.
Thank you for the feedback. Regarding cleanliness, the pre-trip photos uploaded to the Turo app by both parties show the van was in clean condition at the start of the trip.
I’m surprised to hear about any mechanical noises now, as you mentioned the van was 'very good' when I specifically asked about its performance at checkout. To reassure future guests, all maintenance is up to date, as verified by the service sticker located on the top right of the windshield. I take vehicle safety and upkeep

Van was on empty for gas when picked up and media system didnt work but got the job done i guess
