Vehicle was great and well equipped. Had issues with pick up and drop off, host needs to provide more flexible options for pick up and drop off. Host was not kind through messaging when trying to resolve issues.
Thank you for your feedback. Im sorry that we you were not satisfied with the way I communicated to you. I tried my very best to accomodate your request but I have to work around my full time work schedule, which was specified before booking. I would appreciate if you take an extra care on how you rent with Turo next time. Such that, you wont leave the car unlocked 8 hours earlier that agreed drop off time, letting host know afterwards, keys and parking ticket in the cupholder.
