Good location is near but im disappointed

I booked this van for an 8-person trip to the mountains, and it was amazing. It was very easy to drive, even if you've never driven this type of vehicle before. It is quite responsive and never runs out of power, even on steep hills with a full load.
The interior is spacious and comfortable. Each seat has plenty of legroom and is equipped with USB chargers. The average fuel consumption is about 13.5 to 14.5 litres per 100 km, which is not bad for a vehicle of this size and weight.
The host is very helpful and responsive. They answered every question and message within minutes, which was greatly appreciated. The pickup and drop-off process was also super easy.
I would definitely recommend renting this van, and I'll gladly rent it again for my next family trip.

We rented the van on June 10 ,2026 at around 1030 a.m and pick it up at Edmonton Airport. Did not have to wait as they were already there when we arrive. Van was clean and comfy and condition of the van was excellent. It was smooth sailing as we drove to the rockies and back. When we had issues with our return time ,due to rescheduling of our flight, they were able to respond right away and agreed that we would return the van at 4:00 a.m. on June 14 from previously scheduled at 10:00a.m. They were on time as well from pick up to return. Very professional .It was worth the price.We would rent it again when we go back to Alberta. It made our trip worthwhile as we were able to traverse different road conditions smoothly. Thank you for being part of our journey.
