This was my very first experience with Turo and I could not have asked for better hosts in Darren and co-host Linda, the latter who I met upon the vehicle's return. The van was excellent in terms of quality, condition, cleanliness and functionality for our purpose. But the most satisfying part of my Turo experience was in dealing with the hosts. They were fully 5 star in every way: always responsive, polite, professional and accommodating. And Darren pays attention to the small details that I noticed. Things like a $10.00 rebate on airport parking was something unexpected as was the small gift Darren left in side the van. Turo's entire interface is well laid out, easy to use/follow and pick-up and drop off instructions for the van could not have been easier. The hosts were very accommodating in allowing a drop-off location that worked best for me. I will definitely go the Turo route again next time largely based on the quality of the hosts I dealt with this time. Big thanks and much appreciation to Darren and Linda for your kindness, co-operation and such effective and efficient communications. You should be the gold standard for Turo!
