The booking process was easy. Due to flight delays I had to pickup in the economy lot and pay for the parking. The renter was easily contacted through the app. The booking process was 5 stars, but the van itself was disappointing. The van functioned fine for moving people. No breakdowns, etc. However, this van had it's own issues. The floor was cleaned but the cleaner treated the rubber floor and gas/brake pedals with something that left them VERY slippery. My foot slipped of the brake pretty easily. The interior is noisy at highway speed. The driver's door chuffed and whistled in a crosswind. The sliding side door had to be opened from the outside and needed to slammed shut to fully latch. Also, this van is speed limited to 105kph. If you plan on keeping up with traffic in a 110kph zone, you're going to be disappointed. The tires were studded snows that sounded like frying bacon when driving. Drop off took place by leaving the van in economy parking where the parking charge was added after my return was completed. This van shows ~84,000km on the odometer, but it felt, in my opinion, really worn out.
