I was overcharged by a technical mistake. And lost 1:30hours to get the lockbox code. Not a nice experience. The car was ok, no carplay. Snow tires are good.
We couldn't send you the lockbox code b/c the reservation was under your friends name who had an expired licence. As already mentioned you were not overcharged. Your friend paid a cancellation fee and you paid for the new booking. Very unfair of you spreading false narratives.
