pickup location was far its in another terminal. also got charged $64 for parking fee even though they said they credit $32. Doesn’t make sense to be charged doubled when you just picked up the car. When I messaged them to credit the entire $64 they just refunded $32. That part felt like a scam. I wouldnt recommend renting from Turo.

Pick up of the car is always in an authorized "airport" parking lot. The over charge was immediately flagged to Turo and instructions were given to you on recovering the additional charge. The initial charge was already credited to you before you even left the lot. As you can see below with all our other reviews - Turo is not a scam.
The car was in great condition! Pick-up and drop off instructions were communicated clearly, and Joseph was readily available to help us with any questions. We had a great experience :)
