We received the car with 1/4 tank of gas
We returned it at half but forgot headphones in it
Gabriella tried to rip us off was going to charge us 23 dollars an hour times 2 to go to post office to mail back
She was unreasonable not very helpful from a humane perspective of course we paid for the delivery as we should
Even though she could have driven 13 min to a location to drop off to a relative instead of mail to us

Very negative experience with this guest. He left headphones in the car and then demanded that I drive to Surrey to deliver them to his son. When I refused, he demanded that I go to the post office he specified. I made several trips to check the price and arrange shipping, losing over 2 hours. He also expected me to pay out of pocket. I shipped the headphones and received nothing. His behavior was abusive and disrespectful. He also failed to leave the vehicle on Level 3 as required by Turo too.
The car quality was great. I appreciate that she was able to accommodate with a drop-off. I would definitely go through the host again! Very easy process.
