The car was acting pretty strangely throughout the trip. The brakes didn’t feel like they were functioning properly, the sunroof was broken and covered up, and the air conditioner would randomly stop working. At times, I also had to lock the car manually because there was a strange noise coming from the door. Oddly enough, the noise disappeared the next day and the remote lock started working again.
It’s an older car, which I understand, but it could definitely have been in better condition.
I’m giving it 3 stars mainly because of the host. He was very helpful, accommodating, and always available whenever I needed assistance.
Thank you for your feedback. You never reported any brake or safety issue during the trip. If you had, I would have immediately sent assistance or replaced the vehicle. After your review, the vehicle was inspected by an authorized Hyundai dealership, and no brake or safety issues were found. Guest safety is always my top priority.

Khalil had the car ready to go by the time I arrived for the car pickup. He was accommodating, professional and very polite. I do highly recommend renting a vehicle from Khalil.
