We had a great experience with this vehicle. It was brand new, with less than 1,000 km on it, and was the perfect size for our family. It felt spacious and comfortable while still being easy to drive and park around Vancouver.
The hybrid technology was an added bonus. We drove nearly 600 km during our trip and didn’t even use half a tank of fuel, which was impressive.
The airport pick-up and drop-off process was also very convenient. The vehicle was located just a short walk from the terminal in the adjacent parkade, making both arrival and departure stress-free.
The Turo app worked very well, and communication with the host was easy throughout the trip. The instructions were clear, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.
Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with the experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use Turo and Richmond Hyundai again on a future trip. Highly recommended!
