The vehicle worked well and was available for the specified time period. We were happy with that. The owner is a little high maintenance and micro-manages the rental in a way that I’ve never experienced (rented maybe 6-8 times via Turo so far).
Thank you for the feedback. In person delivery was clearly stated multiple times and is also required under Turo guidelines. This is not high maintenance or micromanagement it is standard security for a high value vehicle and protects both host & guest. Instructions were shared several times before pickup. Clear communication and reading trip details helps avoid confusion and ensures a smooth experience for everyone. Meeting in person is reasonable transparent and helps trips start safely always

The car was perfect for our needs and comfortably fit 6 adults with all of our luggage plus a wheelchair! It was clean got terrific gas mileage. Maziar was a wonderful host, very nice and responsive. Pick up and Drop off was easy as well!
