Thank you for your business. I would like to clarify that the low tire pressure was not an issue at the time of handover. As the vehicle was in your possession for over 28 days, tire pressure can naturally decrease and simply required an air refill, which was promptly resolved after I provided options. No other maintenance concerns were reported. The vehicle was handed over and remains in excellent condition. I am therefore unclear on the basis for the maintenance and accuracy ratings.
