The host is kind and their response time is great—they stepped in to help fix a flat tire very quickly. Unfortunately, the car itself wasn't ready for a rental. It was handed over almost entirely out of gas and windshield fluid. A decent experience thanks to the host's responsiveness, but the handover process needs work

The fuel was EMPTY, the hand off was 20 minutes late despite having provided our flight number, only being fluent in English, there was a miscommunication on pick up spot, had to call several times to understand
