While the car itself was fine, I had an uncomfortable experience during pickup. The host asked me to remove my glasses and hat to confirm my identity, which made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. I also felt uneasy using the vehicle and wanted to return it immediately. I returned the car on time and left it with the exact amount of gas it had when I picked it up. I also paid for time I was not able to use due to a delay before pickup. I hope future guests have a smoother and more comfortable experience.
