My very first time using Turo and it was a great success!! Ade, the car’s owner made the experience seamless! The car was waiting exactly where he said it would be (he included a couple photos) and also was available via the app and texting with last minute questions. When I got to the car, the key box was very easy to access. He had even left a power charging cord for my phone with multiple adapters for different connections. The car drove very well and was great for getting around the city and out in some of the country to a pumpkin patch! When I returned the car we decided to meet near the airport and he was there right away for the car hand off but also offered the option of leaving the car in the parking lot where I picked it up. Meeting him in person was a great way to see his warm hospitality in person! I will definitely feel comfortable with this role of car rental again in the future!
