The host was very nice. He came out to discuss the rental car. Very communicative replied right away to my messages. Would go with him again.

The car was in excellent condition except that phone charger was not working and the A/C did not seem to work either. When I told Serge about these small items he quickly suggested that he would change the car for another one of his cars. He even had someone drive the new car to my house and pick up the Hyundai. Serge arranged everything with TURO, such excellent service. Communication with Serge was excellent, he responded immediately to my messages and kept me well informed on next steps. Serge is a real pleasure to deal with.
