It was my first time dealing with an EV, so I didn't realize how much a hassle it is - esp with the little amount of time I had on my hands to deal with all the extra things one needs to consider when driving an EV, like using charging stations. Finding one, downloading Apps to use them, creating accounts for the Apps, entering payment info - one charged me $10.00 just to set up the account. It's very time consuming to get everything set up and charging if you dont already know where you are going to charge and have everythingset up before hand. . Trying to find an fast EV charging station is a challenge in itself. In Kanata, all the fast chargers are out of order so charging the vehicle before returning it was next to impossible. Lose charge quickly by himself
Hi Koffi thanks for booking the car, electric cars in extreme winter will loose charge, it was -21 and it’s the behaviour of ev in general. I would offer my car to try during a day with better weather day and would offer 50% off on that trip.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
Recharge the vehicle
Missing battery charge may result in an additional fee
No off-roading
Vehicle may have a device that collects driving and location data. Data may be shared with third parties for vehicle recovery or protection purposes.
