Host was excellent but the car was certainly NOT. The exhaust system leaks into the inside of the car which could be very harmful to the driver and all occupants. Also window on front passenger would not close properly unless at the passenger door window operator.
Host offered to discount our next trip. We didn’t drive this car very far due to the poor and dangerous conditions. We parked it for about 2 weeks. This maybe the reason that we may not choose Turo next time.

During the trip, no issues were reported through the app, and I always encourage guests to reach out immediately so I can resolve concerns or provide a replacement vehicle right away, as I keep backup vehicles available for rare situations like this. After the trip, the car was taken out of service, fully inspected, and the necessary repairs were completed.
