Tudo certo, o Lei entregou pessoalmente o carro quando chegamos e ele mesmo também estava aguardando para receber o carro de volta no aeroporto ao final da viagem. Detalhes que eu recomendo inspeção: freio de estacionamento não está segurando o carro, alinhamento de direção e rolamentos de roda com ruído excessivo indicando necessidade de manutenção preventiva. Demais tudo ok e funcional. Com piloto automático e modo ECO ativo em velocidade constante 100Km/H em rodovias o carro chegou fazer média de 14Km/L.

Très bien concernant la voiture et le propriétaire qui était très conciliant. Par contre, zero pointé pour Turo, j’ai loué la voiture du 10 août 22h30 au 14 à 15h, alors que le jour entier aurait dû finir à 22h30 mais ils m'ont facturé 1 jour en plus parce j'ai rendu le véhicule avec 1 heure et demi de retard à cause des embouteillages et de la non connaissance des lieux. Je pense qu'ils auraient pu faire un effort de compréhension. Joseph de la Réunion.

Lei was an outstanding Turo host! His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he made the entire rental process incredibly easy. He provided clear, detailed directions on where to meet at YUL and was there in person for pickup, which made everything seamless and stress-free. The car was exactly as described, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend renting from Lei and wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again.
