Pros
The car was really good to drive and pick up/drop off were easy.
Cons
Three days into our three week car rental the host demanded the car be returned. He claimed there was a recall for the car which Turo support confirmed not to be true. He became very aggressive saying we would be banned from Turo. After contacting Turo support (who were extremely helpful and supportive) we were advised to continue with the rental and cease contact with the host.
Overall would never rent from this host again despite the vehicle being great for our trip.
Yes there was misunderstanding for a recall where in you prefer ignoring the recall rather than your safety, you need to understand safety is utmost important for me for my guest and I can’t ignore that.
Future turo hosts definitely will not recommend, have to deal with claim department now as this guy rip off little paints from various spots on bumper and hood , be aware!!

Overall very good experience with Gagandeep. Just two pieces of feedback, the air freshener, no need, nothing better than the smell of a clean car. And the wipes you used to clean the care left everything streaky.
Other than that the car was awesome and would certainly book another trip.
Thanks, Jonathan for your feedback. Will definitely make sure that there is no streak from cleaning wipes,, but regarding the fragrance, I can’t help it if you don’t like it. Till now no one guest has complained or provided feedback regarding the perfume so I believe it’s up to the choice but but it’s not definitely unpleasant… see you again
