Jeff was such a great communicator throughout our rental and really made us feel welcome in DC.
He arrived early and even when I initially directed him to the wrong address he was very accommodating.
He provided detailed instruction, which made the rental process feel seamless.
The host was great, responsive, and there for any accommodations needed for the reservation.
Charging back to 80% took 25-40min which adds up over long drives, but the supercharging for this Tesla was free so there’s literally no other cost being the rental cost.
Liset was very communicative and accommodating, especially considering it was a late booking as our first reservation got cancelled.

Last thing I’ll recommend is to make sure you bring a USB iPhone charger (not USB-c) because there is only that type of plug in the car.
