The pickup experience was amazing, they delivered the car directly to my home, which made everything incredibly convenient. The vehicle was also delivered in excellent condition and was very clean inside and out. During the rental, I had an issue with the camera, but they responded quickly and handled the situation very efficiently, which I really appreciated. I had the MOST CLEAN AND BEST VEHICLE to take my family around the city for thentime they were here. Bruce and Sally were Extremely great, prompy service, friendly, approachable, courtious and very quick to respond. The vehicle is immaculate ❤️❤️, so smooth ride, so soacious and sound! I washed the vehicle daily and gave it back aftet detailining as I always do, but specially as a respect for the hosts, the van and next guests comingnonnboard! Highly recommended!! Hi everyone I rented a mini van for 3 days and I had a good experience. When I went to pick up the van the host was very friendly and he helped me with everything I needed to know before getting into the van and the vehicle was very well maintained and I had no trouble at all all along.
