Traveled as 2 adults and 2 toddlers. We stayed in Vancouver with strictly city driving for over a week.
Minivan is pretty new so it was really nice to drive and it was was fuel-efficient since it's a hybrid. It easily accommodated both our car seats in the middle row and our stroller and luggage with plenty of space. Interior is spacious and clean.
No issues with driving it other than one morning where it wouldn't start due to the battery likely having low voltage. We boosted the battery with a portable booster and we encountered no issue afterwards for the rest of the trip.
The host was very responsive to my messages, especially when I had the battery issue and offered help if I needed anything, to which I declined as the car was fine after. I let him know to get it checked out to prevent future issues.
Pick up was at the airport where we met in-person at the parkade (P3). We landed earlier than anticipated and the host was kind enough to meet us up earlier to give us the car before our start time. Returning the car was also easy where he was there when we arrived at P3 to take over the car and helped unload our car.
Overall, great ride and host. Would recommend after the battery gets checked out.

I had a fantastic experience renting this car! It was spotless, and the host was super welcoming and helpful throughout. I’ll definitely be renting from them again if I need a car in the future!
