Zhen was really helpful on arrival and was kind enough to borrow us a USB cable when mine malfunctioned. The car was super clean inside and out and fulfilled all of our needs. Pick up and drop off was straight forward and the communication was excellent. I was notified the day before pickup that the original vehicle wasn't available - these things happen. A like for like replacement was offered and therefore there were no issues there. Highly recommend Zhen and will have no hesitations in using his services again. Thank you!
