Car was older but in great condition. Most importantly, Shuo was an amazing host, he waited for our flight to arrive to drop off the car in person so that we didn't have to pay parking and waited on me for drop-off. Always timely with communication and very helpful when asked questions. Highly recommend.

We ended up using this car during the hottest week of the summer so far, and the AC didn't work. It just blew air in at the outside temperature. The backup camera didn't work either, it seems to be misaligned. We had 7 big suitcases so I had no back window view and no backup cam. Tricky. But otherwise a nice, clean car.

car had good value but the air conditioning blew hot air and the backup camera did not work at times. the car was extremely fuel efficient and had lots of trunk space

Toyota sienna was exactly as described on the description. Host was very timely and responsive. Car drove well and smooth with no issues. Would recommend 10/10!
