Host was rude to start off with. Then I needed to switch cars half way through my trip. As any rental company would do let you switch to another car this was not the case!! The host took my money and kept the car in until today so he could get paid the full amount for the car!!! I feel robbed and cheated it ruined my whole trip!!! Never used this host again !!!
You requested to cancel your trip because your VIP clients didnt find our car luxurious enough. We have photos posted on our listing to show our brand new vehicle prior to booking, so because you had renters remorse after the fact, it is not my fault. Never tricked or stole from you. We have nothing but 5 stars reviews from every other guest with regards to this vehicle so all the things that you stated on your review are LIES. Please stop using the cars on this platform to conduct Uber services
