Easy pick up and drop off before and after hours. Clean car

I like the staff and the self-help pick up and check out. the car is also clean.
For this car, I have several issues. Firstly, it is a simple version car, so the air-conditioning is only fanning out cool wind in the front seat. and the second row and third row can't get the cool. Secondly, the seat headrest can't take off to accommodate the car seat for my kid, so it is not easy for the car seat to stay still. Thirdly, the car's power is not strong enough, it is barely possible to back off on a relatively steep slope.

Car ready for us when we arrived. Very cheerful and pleasant gentleman handed car over. Very clean inside. We returned car in same condition as we received it. No issues. Would be happy to use EZM again on return to Vancouver.
