The car was a total rattletrap. Noises, creaks and wondering if we would ever get there. We were told it had winter tires but didn’t. The communication was terrible, the directions given were wrong and thankfully we made it back safely.
Hi Pascal, I’m very sorry to hear about the noises and creaks. I think it may have been due to the stow-n-go seats - they always make noise while driving. If they’re not completely clicked in.
For the winter tires though, there are winter tires on the vehicle right now we just had our team double check!
