Pick up was great and car worked fine. Would’ve been five stars, except that they didn’t tell me that one of the sliding doors was disabled, which made it very difficult to get my kids in and out because it was the passenger side door.. but overall I would use them again and the car was fine and it’s super convenient having drop off and pick up

El coche nos sirvió bastante respecto del espacio para nuestras maletas. La ubicación de donde debíamos recogerlo fue exacta, solo muy lejos. El reembolso del estacionamiento bastante rápido. La camioneta tiene varios años de uso y es comprensible que tenga desgastes. La puerta trasera del lado opuesto al conductor no pudimos usarla. Me pareció una maravilla contratar con Turo y seguro volveré a hacerlo, todo el proceso sencillo y con instrucciones precisas y claras. Solo sería bueno que las respuestas del anfitrión sean un poco más rápidas. Gracias por todo
