As a Tesla owner, I’m always excited to try the latest Tesla models. This 2026 Model Y, in particular, stood out as the best car I’ve ever driven. It offered a fun and enjoyable ride throughout our entire experience. The communication with the host was seamless and easy. The car was clean and felt brand new. The car was good. It is an older Tesla but still very functional and I enjoyed it. Host was responsive when I had issues. Overall I enjoyed the experience.
The car was great. Good gas mileage, latest tech, and no issues. We had a lot of highway driving on our trip, and the Android Auto as well as Auto pilot cruze control worked well. The only thing about this vehicle is that it only has USB Type-C connectors for charging, so ensure you bring some male-to-male USB-C cables if you want to charge in the car. It had a wireless charger as well, but like most wireless chargers, it did not work very well. Not a car issue just general issue with wireless charging. The car was at the airport for pickup and drop-off. The host left a picture of where it was, but it was a little unclear which terminal it was in if you do not know the airport well; also, drop-off instructions were a little vague. To improve your service, I recommend you give clearer instructions as to where the car is and what to do with the key at drop-off.

I had really an excellent experience. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He made both the pickup and drop-off extremely smooth and stress-free, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I especially appreciate his patience and understanding—he even waited more than 30 minutes for me during the process, which I truly appreciated. Norman was always responsive, helpful, and willing to assist with anything I needed. His customer service was outstanding, and he genuinely made the rental experience much easier. I don't think I'll ever rent from a conventional chain car rental agency after this experience. There is something to be said about that extra assistance and direct contact with your vehicle rep. And Peshtaz (vehicle rep), your job security must be pretty high because who is going to find another employee like you?! From the concessions of our arrival delays to the drop off assistance. It's one thing to be able to locate almost any car you want to try out as a driving option, but to get it with such stellar support is exceptional! I'll be doing this again!
The car was a brand new van in perfect shape. Pick up at airport and drive to free lot to do the check in was seamless and such a great idea. Checkout on the return was just the reverse of check in and also went great. Friendly guys that rent new cars, highly recommend and I’ll be in touch for next summer!
