The 3-star review below belongs to me. Unfortunately, before I could finish writing my full review, it was submitted due to my own mistake. To fix this, I contacted Turo customer service multiple times, but according to Turo’s rules, once a review is submitted, it cannot be deleted or edited. That’s why I rented a car from Tiago again just so I could leave a new review. :) I’ve rented dozens of cars from Turo so far, and I’ve never come across a host like Tiago. He is friendly, communicative, and genuinely personable. Believe it or not, he delivered the car right to my doorstep and picked it up the same way. His communication was excellent at every step. The vehicle is brand new and still has that fresh new car smell. It’s extremely clean and well-maintained. The massive TV-sized screen, built-in Google navigation, and safety features are all outstanding. Tiago, I sincerely apologize for the previous review — it was entirely my fault. Tiago and his car are 10 out of 5. From now on, I will definitely not rent from anyone other than Tiago.
