This was my first time using Turo, and the experience was much better than renting from a traditional car rental company. The BMW convertible was clean, drove well, and was a lot of fun to have while exploring Florida. Driving with the top down really added to the vacation experience. The only downside was that the air conditioning didn’t always get cold, which was noticeable in the Florida heat. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and I was very happy with the rental. This Tesla Model 3 was incredible, and Joe made the entire rental process seamless. The car was in immaculate condition—spotless inside and out, and it drove like a dream.
