Kevin was very professional and the car was great definitely would be renting from him next time I’m in the Raleigh area.
He was able to adjust to my schedule and made sure I was able to get the car in a short amount of time.
Pick up was easy in the car was beautiful prepared clean and as described.
The car was very beautiful and a gem it had a lot of bells and whistle’s and things that are customary for a Mercedes the best thing about the car is that it was great on gas even though premium gas is pretty expensive I only had to fill it up from the halfway 3 times or so Jerry was a great host he was kind and understanding and also quick to respond when I have questions or when I was initially picking up the vehicle vehicle was located in a convenient space that was safe and easy to get in and out of and also convenient for me as I was traveling and Jerry made it even easier by unlocking the vehicle from the app on his phone overall I would write the experience five stars and would definitely love to rent from Gerry again in the near future.

Not being from the area, I especially appreciated knowing (before booking) how far away the car would be parked from the airport, if I were to pick it up myself.
