Car was in good condition and ready to drive. Pick up location is very convenient and process is very fast and easy.

The car was a little older and unfortunately smelled like cigarettes inside throughout the rental. It also made some noise when driving at higher speeds above 120 km/h. Android Auto and Apple CarPlay were also not enabled. We tried connecting both, but unfortunately neither worked.
Other than that, everything was functional, and the pickup and drop-off process was very convenient.
The owner was very generous and gave us a 30-minute grace period for returning the car, although we ended up returning it before the scheduled time.
Overall, it was a good experience!

Right front bumper was loose upon pick up. Hopefully fixed before next rental - makes a disconcerting noise at every bump. Other than that - great car and communication.
